For our Custom Pet Portrait with a wooden frame in the size of 18*24, please expect an estimated shipping time of 15-25 days. For other Custom Pet Portrait products, including Custom Pet Mugs, Custom Pet Pillow, and Custom Wall Tapestries, the estimated shipping time is 7-14 days.
