Litter Box Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order for a Petterm cat litter box. Please review our comprehensive return and cancellation policy below:

Pre-shipment Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a 2.5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the administrative and transaction costs associated with the cancellation. To request a pre-shipment cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@petterm.com with your order details.

Post-shipment Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped but before it has been delivered, an 8% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the costs of processing the return, inspecting the product, and restocking it for future sale. To initiate a post-shipment cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@petterm.com.

Please note the following conditions and guidelines:

To be eligible for a refund, the Petterm cat litter box must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation included in the original shipment. The product should be in its original condition and free from any damage or signs of use.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the cancellation is due to a quality issue or defect.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow for a reasonable processing time for cancellations and refunds to be completed.
