We accept most photos. If your photo doesn't meet the requirements, we will contact you, so please make sure the email you provide can receive messages.
We offer various sizes for the portraits. The specific dimensions and options will be provided on our website or during the ordering process.
We are unable to add any accessories that are not present in the original photo. All accessories, such as leashes, collars, and harnesses, will be kept in the portrait. If you would like to have an accessory removed in the final portrait, please leave a note.
If you prefer to have the portrait without a name, you can simply leave the name field empty or write "no name" when providing the necessary information.
At this time, we do not create portraits that include humans or pet portraits with humans.
We can create portraits for a wide range of animals. However, we currently do not offer portraits of humans.
Yes, you will receive a proof of the artwork via email within 2-3 business days. You will have 5 days to review and approve the artwork or request changes. Please note that if we do not hear from you within this timeframe, the proof will be automatically approved, and the portrait will be shipped. Kindly check your email, including your spam folder, to ensure you don't miss the proof.
Once the artwork is approved, it usually takes 1-2 weeks to ship to your address.
Unfortunately, once the artwork has been approved and sent for printing, it cannot be changed. It is important to carefully review the proof and communicate any desired modifications during the approval process.
Order cancellations may be possible if the artwork has not yet been sent for printing. However, once the printing process has begun, cancellations are no longer feasible. It's recommended to contact our customer support as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
