How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Petterm subscription at any time from your account. No phone calls, no fees, no waiting period.

Steps

  1. Sign in at petterm.com.
  2. Open My Subscriptions.
  3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel subscription.
  5. Confirm.

That’s it. We don’t gate this with retention surveys or “are you sure?” loops.

What happens after you cancel

  • All future scheduled orders are removed.
  • Any orders that have already shipped or are in fulfillment still complete normally.
  • Your account stays — you can sign back in any time. Order history is preserved.

Already been charged for an upcoming order?

If you cancel inside the 24-hour pre-ship window, the order may have already been processed. Two cases:

  • Order hasn’t shipped yet — email support@petterm.com right away with your order number. We can usually pull it from fulfillment and refund.
  • Order has shipped — it’ll be delivered normally. You can keep it (we won’t ask for it back) or refuse delivery and we’ll refund when it returns to us.

Before you cancel — a few options

If you’re canceling because of a product issue, we’d love a chance to help first:

  • Not seeing results? Email us first — we’ll review your dosing and routine and suggest specific adjustments based on your pet’s profile. Most “not working” cases are dose or consistency issues, both fixable.
  • Pet won’t eat it? See My pet won’t eat the supplement. If those techniques don’t help, we’ll arrange a refund — no need to keep paying for something that didn’t work.
  • Too much product piling up? Change your frequency to a longer cadence instead of canceling — or skip the next order.

If none of these apply or you’ve already tried them, cancel without hesitation. We’d rather have a clean exit than a frustrated customer.

Restarting later

If you cancel and decide to come back, just set up a new subscription on the product page. We’ll honor the same Subscribe & Save discount.
