How do I manage my subscription?

All subscription changes happen from your account — no phone calls, no email tickets.

Steps

  1. Go to petterm.com and click Sign in in the top right (or open your account from the email link in any order confirmation).
  2. Enter your email — we’ll send a magic link to sign you in.
  3. Once signed in, click My Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to manage.

What you can do

From the subscription detail page:

  • Change frequency — switch from one cadence (e.g., every 4 weeks) to another (every 6 weeks). Takes effect before the next scheduled order.
  • Change quantity — increase or decrease the number of units per shipment.
  • Swap product — change to a different Petterm product. The discount carries over.
  • Skip next order — push the next ship date back by one cycle.
  • Pause — stop indefinitely without canceling. You can resume any time.
  • Cancel — full stop. See How do I cancel?.
  • Update payment method — see Update payment.
  • Update shipping address — change the destination for future orders.

When changes take effect

Most changes take effect immediately for the next scheduled order, provided you make the change at least 24 hours before the next ship date. Inside that 24-hour window, the order may have already been queued for fulfillment, in which case the change applies to the order after that.

Can’t sign in?

Use the “Sign in with magic link” option — it skips the password requirement and sends a one-click sign-in link to your email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
