What is Subscribe & Save?

Subscribe & Save is Petterm’s recurring-delivery program. You pick the product, the frequency, and we ship automatically — at a discount.

What you get

• 10–15% off the regular price on every order (the discount varies by product and is shown clearly on the product page).
• Free shipping on every Subscribe & Save order, no minimum.
• Lock-in pricing — when you start a subscription, you keep the discount even if list prices change.
• Full control — change frequency, skip an order, swap products, or cancel from your account at any time.

How it works

1. On any product page, choose “Subscribe & Save” instead of “One-Time Purchase.”
2. Pick a frequency: every 2, 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks.
3. Check out normally. Your first order ships right away.
4. From then on, we automatically charge and ship on the schedule you picked.

What you can change

Anything, anytime, from your account:

• Frequency — switch from every 4 weeks to every 6 weeks (or vice versa).
• Quantity — add a second jar or sachet box to each shipment.
• Product — swap to a different Petterm product.
• Skip — push the next order back without canceling.
• Pause indefinitely — stop without canceling (subscription resumes when you reactivate).
• Cancel — full stop, no fees.

No commitment

There’s no minimum number of orders, no early-cancel fee, and no contract. The discount is our way of thanking you for the predictability — but if it stops working for your routine, you can stop without explanation.
