Can I skip an upcoming delivery?

Yes. You can skip an upcoming subscription order at any time without affecting the rest of your schedule.
How to skip
- Sign in at petterm.com.
- Open My Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription with the upcoming order you want to skip.
- Click Skip next order.
The order is removed from the queue and your subscription resumes on its regular cadence — so the order after the skipped one ships on schedule.
Timing
Skip an order at least 24 hours before the scheduled ship date. Inside that window, the order may have already been queued for fulfillment and can’t be skipped.
If you’re inside the 24-hour window and need to skip, email support@petterm.com right away with your order number — we can sometimes catch and pull an order before it ships.
Skip vs Pause vs Cancel
- Skip — removes one upcoming order. Subscription continues on its normal cadence.
- Pause — stops all future orders until you reactivate. Subscription details are preserved.
- Cancel — full stop. To restart, you set up a new subscription.
If you’re not sure how many orders you need to skip, pause is usually the better choice. You can come back any time and reactivate from the same screen.
Common reasons to skip
- You’re stocked up — you bought an extra one-time order, or you had a slow month and have product left.
- Travel — you’re away when the order would arrive.
- Your pet is between products — you’re considering switching and don’t want a new shipment of the old one.
What about multiple skips?
You can skip more than one order, but you’ll need to come back and skip each one separately as it approaches. If you know you want to stop for more than two cycles, pause the subscription instead — it’s cleaner.
