Can I change how often my subscription ships?

Yes. You can change your subscription frequency at any time, and the change takes effect on your next order.

Available frequencies

• Every 2 weeks
• Every 4 weeks (most common)
• Every 6 weeks
• Every 8 weeks
• Every 12 weeks

How to change

1. Sign in at petterm.com.
2. Open My Subscriptions.
3. Select the subscription you want to adjust.
4. Click Change frequency and pick a new cadence.
5. Save.

Picking the right frequency

The default 4-week frequency works for most pets at the labeled daily dose. If you find yourself with extra unused inventory, switch to a longer cycle. If you’re running out before the next shipment arrives, switch to a shorter cycle.

A rough guide for our powder products (30 sachets per box):

• One pet, daily dose — every 4 weeks.
• Two pets sharing the same product — every 2 weeks.
• Smaller pet on half-doses — every 6–8 weeks (a box lasts longer).

For Muscle Gain Chews (count varies by jar size and your dog’s weight):

• Small dog (1 chew/day) — every 6–8 weeks.
• Medium dog (2 chews/day) — every 4 weeks.
• Large dog (3–4 chews/day) — every 2–4 weeks.

Timing

For the change to apply to your next order, make it at least 24 hours before the next ship date. Inside that window, the next order may already be queued — the change will apply to the order after that.

What if I need an off-cycle delivery?

If you need product before the next scheduled shipment, you have two options:

1. Place a one-time order on the product page. This doesn’t affect your subscription.
2. Reach out to support — we can shift a scheduled subscription order forward if you need it sooner.
