When shipping is free

• One-time orders over $50 — free standard shipping (US only).
• Every Subscribe & Save order — free standard shipping, no minimum required.

When shipping has a cost

• One-time orders under $50 — flat-rate standard shipping at checkout. The exact amount depends on the carrier’s rate for your zip code (usually $5–8).
• Expedited (2–3 day) shipping — always paid, regardless of order total. The cost is shown at checkout.

Easy ways to hit free shipping on one-time orders

• Order two months’ worth at once — most powder products come close to $50 per box, so two boxes (or one box + a chew jar) usually crosses the threshold.
• Multi-pet households — add a product for your second pet at the same time.
• Switch to Subscribe & Save — even your first order ships free with a recurring subscription, no $50 minimum. You can always cancel after the first delivery.

Where the free shipping applies

The fine print

• Free shipping uses standard ground service (3–7 business days). If you need it faster, pay for expedited at checkout.
• The $50 minimum is calculated after discounts but before tax and shipping — so a $52 order with a 10% discount counts as $46.80 (won’t qualify), while a $58 order with a 10% discount counts as $52.20 (qualifies).
