I am still new to mine but so far it is filling my expectations. Could use one with full top cover for my anxious kitty.
Very large, easy to clean, contains most of the cat litter very well. I like this. The stainless is a nice feature as it won't absorb odors. My 2 cats love the large size. This is super sturdy but without being too heavy to easily empty and clean.
I read that having a stainless steal litter box is better for cats smell wise and is more sanitary. I hate that none of them are hooded but just put a box over it and it gets the job done. Haven’t had any odor since using it and i do clean the litter daily

The smell is gone...cleaning is so much easier. Was a little shy with the price, but worth every penny!
This is a nice sized litter box. It's definitely worth it - it smells less, doesn't get scratched up, and is so easy to clean. I do still use a plastic scooper, trying to make certain not to scratch the bottom. It can be used with the plastic top, or not, but if you have someone who likes to stand and pee or who puts their butt in the air, it will help keep it contained. I would never have thought of using this - but I'm a convert.
There is less litter kicked out of the box with the high sides. The stainless steel bottom is easy to pick up clumps,
for so many reasons this litter box checks all the boxes. Easy to clean and sanitize, very large size and high walls

Litter comes out easily....love the box...would have given it a 5 star IF ONLY they would make SS litter boxes with complete tops.....I don't like looking down and seeing cat litter......Needs a top with a door!!!
In the last year, I have bought three litter boxes, one of them even a automatic litter box which is sitting out in the trashcan this stainless steel litter box with high sides, is excellent my cats love it because there’s no hood to trap odors in and they have no issues getting in and out of the litter box. I love it that I can scoop it every day and there is nothing stuck and nothing leaking through Litter boxes that are plastic. This one is stainless steel. It is wonderful.

I’ve tried many different litter boxes over the decades with many different cats. This is about the sixth litter box I’ve tried with my current cat, and it’s my favorite.
My cat is about 7 ½ pounds, so she isn’t an especially large cat, but this litter box still works well for her without taking up more floor space than the previous box. I use a litter catching mat under the box, and this litter box fits on it without a problem. Initially, I thought I might be able to stop using the mat, but I’ve decided to continue to use it. There is less litter scratched and tracked onto the floor, but a small amount still does. The litter box does come with pads you can put on the bottom to keep it from sliding on the floor and/or protect your floor. The high sides really do help keep the litter from being scratched out of the box. I’m not sure how much the “grill” on the front that is supposed to catch litter on the bottom of the paws really works. My cat usually jumps out of the box, so her paws never touch it.
What I like the most is that the box is made from stainless steel. I’m not going to have the issue of the bottom of the box getting scratched up over time holding dirty litter. That’s when I usually have to buy a new litter box. This litter box is more hygienic, as munich as a litter box can be. It also doesn’t hold smells and is easy to clean.
The larger size of the box and being made from metal and not not plastic, it is heavier than most other boxes I’ve used. It’s not too much of an issue for me, but something to consider if you have trouble lifting heavy things.
The current price of $89.99 is down from the price when I got this box, but it is now in line for what these types of litter boxes go for. For me, the price is worth it.
The kitties took to it right away! Cleaning is a breeze. Much better/easier than having to scrub with vinegar, etc. I’m ordering our second one today!!!
A LOT smaller than the old plastic storage bin we were using..but those always smell after missed/ sprayed litter uses. Tall cover/metal pan is good. Ordered 2 for longer litter usage before needed cleanout.
Needed a second litterbox - stainless steel is the best! Huge difference in odor control and incredibly easy to wash. I literally just rinse it in the backyard with a hose and a spritz of Simple Green, no scrubbing required. Topper-wall snaps on securely. Effectively contains the litter when my teenager kitten kicks the litter all over the place. The scooper is a tad small so I just bought a cheap, larger one at Petsmart. Easy peasy.
My big boy was having trouble getting into his top entrance litter box and the plastic was starting to smell bad no matter what I cleaned it with. This is easier for my male cat to use and the SS is easier to keep clean and less cat smell.
So happy with this litter box and mat! No litter on the floor and I have two cats. I also have a small space and it fits perfectly. I feel like the stainless steal in general prevents oders. So much better than the plastic litter box. Wonderful purchase!!
Glad I made this purchase. The only complaint I have is that the urine clumps are difficult to pick up and can be messy if the clump breaks up. I try to be as gentle as I can picking up the urine clumps but they go right to the bottom of the pan and just stick to the stainless steel. I’ve sprinkled past litter boxes with baking soda before, and I think I will do that with this litter box to see if that helps. Otherwise this was a great purchase and I DO recommend!
I do use liners with this litter box, but I have to admit they are the sturdiest litter boxes I have ever used. I love that they are bigger than my last ones and my cats took them right away. I am okay with using a little bit more litter since they tend to clean up better and a little bit longer because they are larger and I am using more litter. So in fairness, the extra balances itself out. I am ex Reply pleased with how easy they are to clean. Accidents happen even with a liner and these could even be wiped up clean or even washed The material is extremely durable, even on top. If I had to buy another one, I would buy this one exactly again. Also, it definitely makes for a great gift.
I have always used the much less expensive plastic litter pans, but I will never go back after owning this SS large litter pan. It is very durable, the perfect size, and sticks to the floor like glue. It is worth every penny. Cleaning is super easy.

NOTES:
- I dont have an issue with the lack of a lid because my long-fur cat is large (15lb) and she would feel suffocated if it was fully enclosed. Also, I clean the litter every night, so the smell isnt an issue.
